George W. Sumner was born to Isaac Rooks and Elizabeth “Eliza” Sumner on the 9th of April 1855 in Georgia.
Through the years
I do not have any information that George W. Rooks ever married, he is living single in all the census records and I have not been able to find any marriage record in Worth or Irwin County marriage records.
Death
George W. Rooks died on the 28th of September 1893 in Worth County, Georgia, and is buried in the Joseph C. Sumner Cemetery.
