He is the son of the late Wilson Parrish; and is survived by his mother, Ruth Parrish; sister, Linda Harris; brother, Gary Parrish; nephews, Ed and David Harris, Michael and Joel Parrish; and nieces, Leslie Harris and Arron Harris. He was crane operator at Part Manatee for many years. Tommy was a fourth generation Florida native, living in Ruskin all of his life. His roots ran deep in Florida giving him a great love for its beautiful woods, wildlife and waterways, especially Tampa Bay. He was a kind gentle man with a heart of gold who gave unselfishly to those he loved and those in need. He will be sadly missed by all whose lives he touched. A visitation for family and friends will be held Sunday November 19, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Lewers Funeral Home.
